  • 1:1 COACHING - $150/$125/$100/hr

I use a three-tiered pricing structure. Please honestly assess your access to wealth: do you own a home, are your bills on autopay, are you an American citizen, will you receive an inheritance, have you (or could you have) attended college or graduate school, do you have access to health care?

Redistribution Rate $150/hr (many yes answers): This rate fortifies the Support Rate & my 10% monthly donation to BIPOC-run grassroots organizations.

True Cost Rate $125/hr (some yes, some no answers): This is the true rate at which I value my work, allowing me to meet my basic needs without excess.

Support Rate $100/hr (mostly no answers): For those who may struggle to meet basic needs.

BIPOC are welcome to a reparations rate of 50% off the tier that best matches their access to wealth. This discount is supported by the Redistribution rate & my personal contribution.

Coaching sessions last an hour, with payment due at the time of service. Pre-pay for 3 sessions to be held within 2 months for a 15% discount. Use the contact form to get started.

  • CONSULTATION/FACILITATION - $100-$300/hr

Rates vary based on a wide array of factors: duration of engagement, size of audience, budget/status of organization, number of facilitators, etc. Inquire for specifics.

Fill out this Inquiry Form and I will respond with an estimate or a request for additional information.

  • Coaching sessions are held virtually over Zoom.

In-person coaching sessions in your home, office or a public meeting space can be arranged for a surcharge (unless they happen close in South Seattle).

Consulting & Facilitation mostly happen virtually. Meeting in-person is entirely possible; arrangements for travel will be part of whatever contract we create.

  • I come to my business with a pile of cultural advantages: I’m a white, cis, straight, educated women whose family has lived in the U.S. for 2 generations. I know oppression from being a woman, culturally Jewish, and a cancer survivor. What’s clear to me—and what’s drives my work—is that the same system that has benefitted me and my white community has disadvantaged—indeed, devastated—communities of color. And continues to do so.

My goal is to minimize my impact on people racialized and marginalized by white supremacy culture, while maximizing the impact of my efforts to upend structural racism.

I do this through a continual practice of reflection, self-education, relationship-building and accountability. I’m continually expanding my ability to acknowledge and address how white supremacy culture lives in me. I contribute labor to local, BIPOC-run grassroots organizations and donate 15% of my earnings to them as well. And I educate other white people, so they can do the same.

I welcome feedback from anyone, especially about things I’m not seeing and ways I’m not seeing, acknowledging, or considering others. I will take responsibility for the impacts I cause; and I will continue to learn and grow.
